How to Upgrade from Monthly to Annual
Save nearly $40 per year and enjoy unlimited access without monthly payments. It’s quick, simple, and you’ll keep full access through the rest of your paid month.
Important: First cancel your monthly plan so the status shows Active on Remainder. You will keep access until your paid month ends. Do not cancel twice.
Click on Manage Memberships
At the top of your account page, click “Manage Memberships.”
Cancel your monthly plan (Active on Remainder)
In the Actions column, click “Cancel” once for your active monthly subscription. Confirm the pop‑up to cancel.
Check your status: If cancelled correctly, your status will change to Active on Remainder. You will keep access until your paid month ends. Do not cancel again or you’ll forfeit any remaining time.
Wait for your monthly plan to end
This is the MOST IMPORTANT STEP. Your subscription will automatically end on your renewal date (the same day of the month you originally signed up). Example: If you joined on the 9th, it ends the morning of the 9th next month.
Purchase the Annual All Access plan
On your renewal date, purchase the Annual All Access plan for $199/year to lock in the savings and enjoy a full year of unlimited downloads.
Helpful Info
How do I know I cancelled correctly?
Your status will read Active on Remainder and you’ll receive an email with the subject: Your membership has been cancelled. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
What if I accidentally cancel twice?
If your status shows Cancelled, the membership ended immediately and remaining time was forfeited. Please reach out and our team will help with next steps.
Will I lose access while switching?
No. With Active on Remainder, you keep access through the end of your paid month. Then purchase the annual plan to continue seamlessly.
