In addition to Photoshop templates, we also offer Photoshop Actions, which require Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Check our product pages for any version requirements.
In addition to our Photoshop templates we have a number of items that comes as jpg or png files, which can be used with any photo editing software that recognizes those image formats.

Where are my download files?
I downloaded my purchases, but I can't find them anywere. You can choose the location of your download files. Here's a link with more information about how to configure your settings.
I paid for download files, but I haven’t received my links. When will I get them?
Once your payment is processed, we will send you a link for digital download. You should expect the links within 10 minutes of your purchase. If you do not receive your links within 10 minutes check your spam folder for an email from us. If it’s still not there, contact us at info@ashedesign.com and we'll re-send them.
My files came as a “compressed zip file” how do I open that in Photoshop?
You cannot open a .zip file in Photoshop. Since the Photoshop (PSD) files are so large, we've compressed them into a .zip folder. First, unzip the folder and save the .psd files inside to your computer. Once unzipped, you can open the files in Photoshop.
How do I unlock the zip files?
To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. To decompress (unzip) a file on a Windows PC, right-click the zipped file and select Extract All. By default, files are extracted to the location as the original zipped file. Use the Select a Destination window to save the files somewhere else. If you aren't using either you can download WINZIP extractor free.
I am having trouble downloading the files. Why isn’t it working?
First off, make sure you are saving the files and NOT opening them.
It’s always best to download with a direct connection, rather than wireless Internet. Also, don't download the links simultaneously as this can contribute to the problem as well.
Sometimes a file can become corrupt during the download process. Since most of our files are very large, connections can time out and cause problems. Try re-downloading the zip files you're having trouble with one at a time.
Sometimes using a different Internet browser can help when you are experiencing problems. If you use Internet Explorer, try using FireFox.
Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done to guarantee the quality of a buyer's Internet connection. We're serving all the downloads from Amazon S3's servers so they are coming from a reliable source but a connection can still time out or slow down to a crawl because of the buyer's ISP, which is beyond our control. Even if one of Amazon's servers should happen to fail, there are several redundant servers in place to pick up the slack automatically, allowing them to adapt to and correct problems before they cause any problems to the quality of their service. If you are still having problems or need your link re-activated, please let us know.
Can I apply your current special offer to my previous purchases?
We are unable to extend prior sales beyond their expiration dates. Since we receive so many requests of this nature, we encourage you to keep an eye out for our weekly specials and act upon them quickly before they expire.
We understand that situations can arise that prohibit you from taking advantage of our sales. However, we run specials every week and can guarantee there will be other great deals coming. Since these offers are so good we limit the time frame that you can take advantage of them. For this reason, we do not combine offers or pro-rate previous sales.
I'm seeing folders that show a “pencil-looking” icon to the right in my layer palette, but I cannot edit the items in them. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
This is because you are using Photoshop Elements and not the full version of Photoshop with all of the bells and whistles. Photoshop Elements does not recognize layer sets, which are the folders you are seeing. The good news is, we've got a great little action you can install for free to open the folders.
Download it here and follow the instruction in the zip folder.
How do I get my photo to fit exactly in the template?
This is accomplished by using clipping groups and is explained in detail on our Help Page.
I know how to clip one image to a mask but how do you clip one image to more than one mask like in your sports templates?
Many folks ask us how we clip the same photo to multiple photo layers. While it may appear that it's only one photo, it's actually multiple copies of the same photo clipped to their corresponding photo layer. This is accomplished quite easily.
After you've positioned and sized your photo, clip it to one of the photo layers. Now duplicate your photo, drag it to be just above the next photo layer in the layers palette and clip it. If there is another photo layer, duplicate your photo again, drag it to be just above the next photo layer in the layers palette and clip. If you need to adjust the positioning of the photos once they're all clipped, simply link all of your photo layers together and move them to your liking.
I ordered templates from you. When I go to have them printed at WHCC, they say the 5 x 7 folded cards need to be split down the middle so I can put the front in one part of the ordering screen and the back on another. Can you please tell me how to do this?
It's pretty easy to accomplish. While you're in the ROES system, choose your 5x7 folded card. Drag your flattened .jpg file into the front panel (for starters). Now choose "rotate image" and move the image all the way to the left to reveal the entire right side (front panel). Perform the same tasks for the other 3 panels moving them either to the left or right accordingly to complete your design and you will be all set.
Are the fonts included?
We include a font list with the names of the fonts we have used with each of our products. Many of the fonts we use are FREE. If you do not find the exact font, there are many close representations to choose. To see a list of our favorite fonts and where we found them, just take a look at our new Fonts Page.
We strongly suggest you check the licensing terms for each font.
Why is there a yellow warning sign next to the text on the layer palette?
If you're seeing a yellow warning sign on a text layer, it's because you haven't installed the fonts yet.
How do I install the fonts?
Fonts must be installed on your system, outside of Photoshop. Consult your computer's help menu on "installing fonts" if you are unsure.
How do I load/install the actions?
We've provided a comprehensive tutorial to help you load the actions.
Do you offer any custom design work?
No, we do not currently offer any custom design services.
How do I find a list of my past purchases?
Our new site allows you to find purchases after 10/13/13 in the account section of our website. Just click on My Account at the top of any page.
