In an attempt to stop fraudulent emails, Yahoo has recently implemented a security change that controls how it's users send and receive emails. This is affecting millions of users world wide.
What does this mean for our Ashe Design customers?
You will likely not receive our messages including account password resets, download links, receipts, sales reminders and one-on-one communications. Our website developers are looking into it, but many other companies are having the same issue.
To help, we’ve set up our own Ashe Design Yahoo account to get this message out to you and allow you to communicate with us: email@example.com
If you've forgotten your password, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll set up a temporary one for you so you can log in and change it.
While we try to determine our next steps, we invite you to update your email address on both your Ashe Design account and on our A-List Newsletter email list at www.ashedesign.com – if you have access to another email account.
We also invite you to follow us on Social Media sites like Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Pinterest.
We apologize for the inconvenience and want to let you know that we are continuing to work hard for you!
