HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
Click on the words "Log in" at the top of any page on the website or CLICK HERE.
On the Log In page click on the words "Forgot your Password?"
Type the email address that you created your account with in the "Email" box.
Click on the "Submit" button. We will send you an email with a link to update your password.
Go to your email, the one you created your account with. Look for an email from us named "Customer account password reset". Open that email and click on the blue button that says "Reset your password". This will bring you to a password reset page.
On the password reset page, enter a brand-new, secure password. Enter the same password in each box highlighted below. You must use a secure password or you will receive an insecure password error. We suggest using a brand-new password that you have never used before.
Click on the button "Reset Password". This will take you directly into your account.
IMPORTANT: If you receive an error when you click the Reset Password button, you will need to go back to Step #1 and request a new Customer account password reset email. You will continue to get errors if you try to use the same Customer account password reset email more than once.
